Advisory Board

The Advisory Board consists of the Executive Board, the Management, the Chairs of the Working Groups and Advisory Committees, official representatives of the Association in other associations and organizations, regional group representatives, representatives of organizations, and other experts (as needed).

Tasks of the Advisory Board

Coordination of measures and activities at federal and EU level:

  • Coordinate the activities of the working groups and advisory boards, regional groups and other associations and organisations in which the German Biogas Association is represented.

  • Preparation of conferences, general meetings and other events in which the Association is involved.

  • Acting as an information and dialogue body between the Executive Board and the members.

  • Advising the Executive Board on its executive measures

  • Recommending decisions on public relations

  • Recommending resolutions on the establishment and composition of working groups.
